Free

You are invited to the New Durham Valley ATV Club Annual Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 7pm.  We wish we could meet in-person and share a fun dinner with our club members as we have in prior years, but this year is going to be unavoidably different.  Due to Covid-19 state restrictions and out of prudence and respect for our members, this year’s meeting will be held virtually using an online meeting platform such as Zoom.
All members are encouraged to attend, and everyone is encouraged to become a member by joining New Durham Valley ATV Club and showing your support.  Click here to join or renew: https://nhohva.org/MC937760245/new-durham-atv
The meeting will start with a brief discussion to review and approve NDVATV minutes from the October 29th Directors session, followed by a high-level overview of the organization’s efforts since our last Annual meeting.
The balance of the meeting will focus on election proceedings as defined in the Clubs by-laws, where active club members will nominate candidates for the following positions for a term of one year; President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership, Trail Administrator, Trail Master and Safety Coordinator.
New Durham Valley ATV Club is a 100% volunteer based non-profit organization with an ever- growing membership base. To accomplish our mission we need your help!
• To stimulate and advance the general welfare and safety of OHRV recreation.

• To educate, serve and protect the interest of landowners and our local communities.

• To preserve, maintain and improve trail systems through responsible stewardship.

• To develop a fraternal spirit amongst local OHRV and other outdoor enthusiasts.

• To act as a local resource for OHRV related information. We currently have just a few club directors working behind the scenes and we need your support.

Not only with trail maintenance (grading, construction, clearing and signage) which we plan to do this Fall, but also with club duties where we have had vacant positions for most of the year. There is a lot of potential to expand our trail system and to do so we need to have the full support of our membership.
Please RSVP here to register to attend the Annual Meeting so that we can send you the link and details to log into the virtual meeting.  Registration deadline is November 15th
